I would assume this plate carrier corresponds to standard plate carrier sizing, in which case, Medium would be for 10x12/Med SAPI and Large would be 11x14/Lg SAPI
I have an AWS, unsure which model. I believe Medium is what you need for 10x12, although mine carries medium ESAPI’s, which I think are like 9.75” wide. I’ll try to remember to look when I go home in a couple days.

I was 150 and fit when I bought it, now I’m 170 and fat. Still fits. I’m 5’7”.
