Where to buy certain sizes of loop Velcro

I'm looking for soft (LOOP) Velcro in the following colors and sizes:

-Ranger Green or OD, 1.5" x 40" or so. To be stitched on a belt, so NOT sticky.

-Gray or black or similar, 33" x 21". Sticky back would be great, as it's going on a cork board.

Where could I get this sort of thing? I don't even know where to start looking.
