Buffalo Cartridge Company?

Any knowledge of this brand?

Specifically 5.56? Not .223?

I'm seeing cases of .223 for ≈ 50¢/round. That's too high for me (I stocked up at 30¢/round for brass-cased), but it's not crazy high anymore...

They made a point of saying that its below .223 SAAMI pressure in a 5.56 test barrel, therefore safe in a .223 barrel. I routinely shoot some pretty hot ammo, but that attention to detail is concerning.

I was filtering by 5.56 which is the only reason I noticed it. The price jumped now so it is unremarkable.

Did you note the velocity they listed?

3260fps at pressures lower than .223 ammo...

No damn way that is happening.

At 70cents per round (plus taxes and shipping) - Hard pass on the mystery ammo.
