Stoeger m3000 not ejecting

I have a fairly modded m3000 that has over 700 rounds through it running 3 dram full power 1 1/8 loads. This has a benelli extractor and spring and a heavier MOA precision carrier and reduced power inertia spring. I use this only for 3 gun and my issue even using Winchester AA 1310 fps is the shell is fully extracted out of the chamber but the shell jumps over the ejector cut in the side of the barrel. I have to use fingers to remove shell then manually cycle the bolt to load a fresh round. The ejector looks ok, not broken but not sure what a bad one looks like
