Hpr 7 bthp at 209 yards

I don't usually shoot for groups, but did this yesterday, doubt I could do it again. Wind was all over the place too.

Ammo is hpr 75 bthp, Rifle is a pws mk116 mod1, bipod, leupold vxr patrol 3-9 ssa-e trigger, shooting from bench on bipod with caldwel lar15 sighting bag in the back (which didn't work that well)

Observations: I need get a rear bag to rest the stock, and leupold vxr patrol in 3-9 with TMR is too coarse of reticle for type if shooting at small aiming points. I could feel play and shifting in the stock (ctr) when aiming.
