I believe it's between regular and +P.
My MKE was flakey for the first 200 rounds or so (by my recollection). I was all freaked out, researching, swapping mags, ordering springs, etc....then it just started working perfectly. I shoot mine 1-200 rounds a month and I don't even clean it much anymore (nasty thing). Give it a bit to smooth out.
Now over four thousand rounds in I started having ejection issues. I swapped in an HK Mp5 spring and it actually increased the failures to eject. (typically the spent case jammed at the top of the bolt. I swapped in a new factory MKE ejector (super easy swap) and the issue disappeared entirely. I just ran 100 Magtech Subsonics and 100 WWB and the issues are gone (and it was jamming 2-3 times per mag (HK)). Just a little update for y'all.

Thanks for the update. Where’d you get the MKE ejector?
Arms of America sells a boo-boo kit that has ejector/extractor/springs/firing pin for $35. Well worth it. I had one in my emergency stash
Apex has the kits for $39.https://www.apexgunparts.com/mp5-ap5...s-set-new.html Not too bad. MGW wants one million dollars for the same kit...I guess they are going full "cheaper than dirt."
They work. It’s just that I swapped the spring first thinking that was my issue. Once I swapped to the German spring the failures to eject actually got waaay worse. Then I swapped out the ejector (but left in German spring)—after doing this all my problems vanished. I was just swapping one at a time. It still had the original silver spring in it when I swapped to the copper German spring. There is some chance that I swapped the spring needlessly but I had been meaning to swap over to the copper spring anyway.
