Looks like you could hide a small firearm, possibly a derringer, in there. This gives rise to the notion that this could potentially be the first YoDawg stock.
As in, Yo dawg I heard you like guns, so we put a gun in yo gun so you can shoot while you shoot.

For $130 it has a foam block that eliminates rattling :haha:
Look out, LMT/VLTOR/Magpul
I believe that foam block is inside the storage area to eliminate rattling of stored items. Kinda like the little foam plugs that Tangodown ships inside their grips. Come to think of it, it would be nice if LMT/VLTOR/Magpul would ship their stocks with 3-cent foam blocks in the right size to fit their storage compartments. Great idea!
They've got ads in Recoil. It was released last October.
Doesn't really look much different than the Troy. And does about the same as the ACS-L.
Fugly? I'd say 95% of the stocks on the market today are sold for looks. So an opinion of one doesn't outweigh the capitalists who speculated they could make money on the molding and ads to sell another. After all, not everyone thinks those other guys make good looking stuff, and the pic threads are full of dissenting opinions with actual money spent to back it up.
Stocks just hold up the back of the gun against your shoulder, more than than that is spending money on diminishing returns.
I bought a battlelink stock last week just to try it out and it is much lighter than it looks. 9.1 oz vs magpul's ACS-L at 12.48 oz. I like it so far, yes kinda fugly but it grows on ya. The cheekweld is very comfortable, similar to the ACS-L, but the battelink has much more storage.
I think its a viable option worth looking into if you dont want to have the same stock as everyone else.
Oh boy, yet another stock for the AR-15/M16/M-4 . . . http://www.websmileys.com/sm/sleep/schla08.gif
