Will pinning in general cause issues? I ask, because I have a 4MOA shift on a Noveske barrel with my Suppressor. That is a bit much, in my opinion, BUT it is a pinned 212 mount. Do pinned mounts usually have more shift?

The 212 doesn't have a pilot hole. I don't know how they drilled it or welded it. Email me and we can look at it. That is not normal.
Sent you a email. They didn't use the chamfered spacer that goes up against the thread relief.
That is a complete factory build from Noveske. I asked if they knew how to properly install a Surefire suppressor mount, because they do indeed stock them and offer them as an option on their builds and was assured by Todd and others that they were 100% competent. I am hoping that maybe they take extra pain to true the barrel face or something so as to not require the spacer and that my rifle is just fine.
I have 3 uppers from Noveske, and I hope I don't have to get every one of them re-done. That one that I sent a picture of is welded and pinned. The other is a complete upper, and the other is a factory SBR.
Calling both you, and Noveske, tomorrow. I don't have much positive to say right now and am not happy, so I am going to just update this once I speak with both companies.
I get 4+ MOA POI shift with my pinned upper, but have not shot the SBR's yet as they are still at my dealer, nor do I know if the chamfered spacer was used.
ETA:
You will find another poster who said Noveske did not use the thicker shim w/bevel.

I'm guessing you used the correct beveled "spacer"?
I'm doing some looking around, and Noveske doesn't use it. Todd knows his business, and I am going to ask him (or someone) why. I think he will have a good answer. I sure hope so, but I just can't see Noveske dropping the ball THIS badly. DPMS maybe, but not Noveske. There has to be a fact/data based reason my and other Surefire suppressor mounts were mounted without that spacer.
