A5 System better for Suppressed SBR?
I've got a 10.5" SBR; just ordered a Noveske Switchblock upper for it. I'd normally plan on using an H2 buffer. But I'm wondering about the Vltor A5 system. I have the A5 on a 12.5 SBR. It's great, but more for taming recoil and a smooth feel. I wouldn't day that it functions better than a carbine spring/tube with an H2 buffer.
The 10.5 upper is a different story. I want it to be as compact as possible, so the longer A5 system doesn't appeal to me unless it aids in the function of a suppressed 10.5. Experiences?
