You will like 'em. I've got three 60's and they run great!
SureFire had a few issues right out of the gate, but I believe they have everything pretty squared away now. I ran a couple about 6 months ago from suppressed Mk18 and HK 416 rifles - one was flawless, the other malfunctioned every 2-3 rounds in every weapon we tried. Both mags were purchased at the same time from the same store, but one just had issues...not sure why. If that happens, contact SureFire and I have no doubt they'll take care of you.
The Blue Moon brought out NickB!
I think one thing to remember is to have the mag positioned so that the back of it is facing the ground whilst you're loading it. Aligns the cartridges correctly and minimizes the risk for binding. I bought my 60-rounder on December 30 from Andean Inc., but I'm not sure if mine's one of the good ones or if I just haven't shot it enough to make it fail. I've shot it in a couple of competitions, and it's worked flawlessly, but that's not really a true testament to its function.
This is a video of the first time it was being used in competition (by a buddy of mine) - at the Danish Open IPSC Rifle Championship: http://goo.gl/4pFOi (video at Google Docs).
Will they work with 300 blackout?
They don't feed steel cases well at all in my experience.
Cool thank you!
