There are many skilled shooters on this forum who can reach waayy out there and benefit from Horus and other TMR type reticles. That's great but I'm not that guy and my 3 Gun shoots, hunting areas, etc... rarely provide shooting opportunities past 300yds and usually it's 150yds and closer. My positive takes on the VX-6: Clear Glass, Lightweight, Illumination dot for help with 1x power 3 Gun close shots, Leupolds history of good CS, and good price for what it delivers. The negatives...well, I'll ring those out when I get it mounted and send rounds downrange...and I'll report back to the M4C community. I'll have the scope and mount set up next week...but a Motorcycle ride with my buddies will push my shooting time back two weekends from now.
