Hot ammo causing high bolt carrier speed?

Yeah, it didn't have time to eject. I was having the symptoms the op had as well as a spent case on top of a new round that was trying to feed.
I have now tried M193 and M855, as well as 75GR TAP and all work perfect in my rifle. So the OP's gun could be cycling fast.
Stranger things have happened but...
I can believe over-gassed and bolt bounce on an SBR, but a 16" gun? I mean, yeah, it's probably over-gassed, but if it's enough to bounce the bolt on a 16" gun, that's got to be a huge gas port.
I've seen this issue on a 16" barrel before. Way over-gassed.
Dissapators can be tricky to tune. Due to the length of the barrel /gas pickup.
I'm going with a sticking ejector. For 200 rds there is a lot of brass on the deflector and its all over the place. It seems pretty inconsistant compared to my guns that all have a in line pattern of strikes on the deflector. Probably debris in the ejector that moves with inertia of the bcg wfen fired.
By the way... the rear sight is broken.
It has a carbine gas system

I am also thinking it is waaay over-gassed. The recoil impulse is very sharp on this gun. You can kinda see that from the video in my first post.
I was running an "H" buffer in it during the video/test yesterday.
