I think I got one at SHOT last year. Not sure where else they might be available.
I have one laying around. I've had it for years and still haven't figgered out where to stick it. I can't even remember where I got it.
PM me your location. I'll dig it out and mail it to you.
I have purchased adhesive stickers from http://www.stkrs.com/.
IMO, Eric is easy to work with. He made me some custom Sig decals that were smaller than what he normally stocks.
He ships quickly and I feel his prices are reasonable.
He has decals for most Gun Manufactures, Colt included, in varring sizes and are listed on his site in alphabetical order.
Disclaimer: I am not associated with his business but I like the quality of his products.
I Put the decals on the sides that face me when I loading them and on the bottoms so when they are in my range bag they are easily identifiable.
Tell him Charlie sent you. LOL
A few samples or his small decals.

Stickers on the side of a pistol magazine is a really bad idea for a fighting firearm... I have seen the factory stickers on the side of a Glock magazine ball up and jam inside the magazine well during a speed reload causing the pistol to fail... It took over 20 minuets just to get the magazine out...
Just a FYI…

Not that it has anything to do with placing Colt stickers on a gun case, but I can't even begin to count the number of times I've seen stickers placed on handguns/handgun components fouling things up.
The most common of these (stickers on mags) is usually easy to see coming, but a lot of military M9s have also suffered from the "DYMO tape around the backstrap" rack number afflication wherein the extended tails of the tape (tucked under the grip panels) get all screwed up inside of the magwell.
I like the bottom of the mag basepad approach (above) well enough, but as a general rule I keep stickers as far away from my firearms as I can; if it's THAT important to mark something, you're usually far better served by some judiciously-applied paint over a stencil.

Stickers coming off was probably due to a poor application. These are on for good, almost as if they were silk screened on. The art to applying these is to have a clean, dry, oil free surface. This is counter to most of the magazines I have seen. MEK or Acetone works well for preping the surface for an permanent everlasting bond. After the initial application they should be burnished on thoroughly and left to cure the bond.
There is still .010-.015 clearance between the mag and magwell when they are in the pistol.
The decal is on the non-bearing side when being installed so they show no wear from riding in and out of the pistol even after 100 or so insert and drop cycles.
It is what it is.
