Purchased from them multiple times. Never had an issue. They're also very up front about their self branded optics being Chinese made. They never claim these to be equal to Aimpoints or EOtechs and are priced accordingly. They do carry plenty of reputable brands and usually have good prices on those items to boot.
I ask for a little help and YOU find me odd?
I may have joined in Oct 2007, but I don't post often. I don't post anything unless I have something useful to add or have a question. I figure it is better to be quiet and learn. You apparently joined the same time I did and you have only 258 some odd posts AND one of those posts is to troll me? Some people might find that odd. I have barely 60.
As to me not hearing about Primary Arms, what do you care? I'm not trendy with my ARs and as a result I haven't gone through 20 iterations, or have a closet full of passe AR accessories. I keep basic Colt ARs. I recently just wanted some small upgrades and was price shopping and asked for a little help. After reading your post, I had to check to make sure I was on M4carbine and not ARFcom. But thanks anyway........ or whatever.
I have a PA microdot on my M&P15-22 and it works for a training rifle. Only minor complaint is the glass has a slight green tint and the led housing is visible when looking at it from certain angles. The microdot certainly isn't air soft junk although I wouldn't put it on my primary rifle for obvious reasons.
I just picked up a 3x deluxe magnifier and ADM swivel mount- I have yet to use it but have heard good things.
+1
I have spoken with PA about thier in house branded stuff, and the sales person asked me if it was going on a duty rifle. I asked him why he asked, and his response was, "Our stuff is great for the range, but I would recommend an Aimpoint for serious work"
Since that conversation I have bought alot of stuff from them and have never been disappointed.
