The Inforce WML is slightly longer and slightly lower than the X300. Military Moron did a great review of the WML on his site. You can also see pictures of the light in his NSR review.

Thanks for the info. I obtained a BCM low profile gas block. I will be taking the DD off and replacing it with the BCM. I can get a better stake on the BCM and I will also dimple the barrel where the bolts go. I have decided on the X300u and am leaning toward the BCM comp.
Update
As of today, I ordered a Surefire X300 Ultra.
Will someone send me a T&E BCM Comp???????
PLEEEZZZEEEE :alcoholic:
this is close to what i have been wanting to build looks good
I decided to remove the Daniel Defense gas block and add a BCM gas block. I always build my rifles with reliability first on the list of necessity. The clamp style gas block was not my cup of tea.

After removing the DD gas block, I installed the BCM gas block and made sure it was set correctly. I then tightened the set screws and made sure that they put a mark in the barrel.

I then used a punch to make a detent in the center of the two marks in the barrel and used a drill to dimple the barrel. After I finished drilling, I cleaned the area with some MPro7 and put a touch of Super Black in the dimples.

I then put the gas block back on the barrel and made sure it was square. With one set screw in, I put red thread locker on the other screw and let it dry a bit. I then installed that set screw and removed the second one and put red thread locker on that one and installed that one after the thread locker dried.

I then took my super trusty staking tool and BFH and put 4 stakes in the threads of the gas block.

I then installed the gas tube and retaining pin.

And although I will never see it again, I now have the super cool awesome BCM logo shining out the front of my gas block.

I added the Surefire X300 Ultra at 12 O'clock and here it sits at 7 pounds and 6 ounces....

Quality. I am truly envious.
How has the barrel been? Beautiful build. How is the lw DD barrel doing? Some said a pencil barrel opens up its groups pretty quick but the idea of the front end being so light is enticing. That or a moderately lw centurion
BCM Mod0 comp ordered.
I have not shot the rifle yet.
I still need a T-1 but I will sight the irons in and play with the A5 buffers as soon as the comp arrives. Ammunition is in storage mode right now and I have been doing tons of dry firing and .22LR work lately.
Truly an outstanding build! Very nicely done sir.
I received the BCM Mod 0 comp today and installed it. The comp just screams quality of craftsmanship. Very well done, BCM! I was super careful installing the comp. Lots of blue tape! I snapped a few pics of the rifle in its new condition. I gave decided on the Aimpoint Micro T-1 2MOA on a Daniel Defense mount. Although I am a big fan of the ADM mounts, I want to keep it as light as I can.
