What should it be looking like ?
Was the seller someone by the name of Ultratac? That CAGE Code does in fact belong to Toolcraft which makes stuff on contract.
The bolt does seem a little weird. But, it's hard to say.
No, from here http://www.upstatearmorygroup.com/

I have no point of reference to direct to, but just had someone PM me on another forum indicating that the bolt was an FN bolt and was marked MPE and corroborated that the carrier is a Toolcraft carrier with the 1b1b6 marking.
Yes the bolt is FN, the carrier is Tool Craft, and the barrel is Colt. If I were a betting man I would say someone walk out of their armory with some “surplus” parts.
The BCG, as indicated, was purchased through an online store. Not sure where they get them from. They appear to be located right next to FN in SC though and they seem to have a continual stream of them for sale going back multiple years from what I've found in google searches.
While I do think you should get what you ordered what exactly is wrong with the parts? Do you think the gun is going to break or blow up the first time you shoot it?
To me, I would have no problem with those parts if they were what I was looking for and if they break down the line replace them. A bolt is what $60? Its not like bolt's or BCG's will be hard to come by in the future to replace what might possibly break.
Or you could probably make money in the current environment by selling them, but I would not be so quick to sell them since everything is so hard to come by right now and replacements might be a few months away.
You know what they say "a bird in the hand".
