Are any of you submitting the Assignment of Property portion of your trust documents? Just curious because I haven't seen anyone posting that they have. Thanks.

Yes

I have 2 Form 4's in the works and I didn't include it with mine.
Good luck!
Upon further research, I don't believe it's required. Oh well :)
If you're referring to the Sch A..... Some folks have reported getting their papers bounced for not supplying it.
I included mine so as to avoid any unnecessary delays.
Best of luck.
Wow, once again...
He means the Assignment of Property forms, just like he stated perfectly and clearly.
Those are not necessary as far as I know.
I spoke with a firearms specialist today regarding the Schedule A and he said it's only requested because a handful of states require that portion in order for the trust to be legal but not all. Instead of the ATF creating a list and keeping it up to date, they just ask that everyone include a Schedule A. I asked him if examiners are checking to see if the last item they approved ended up in the Schedule correctly and he seemed to think it was just a matter of seeing that portion.
Am I ok? I don't get it...
Sorry, that comment wasn't for you.
Knock it off mark.
Any information I give us better than info or opinion coming from someone who refuses to call the ATF themselves. It's WAY better than anything coming from some fool who anounces in a public forum that he doesn't engrave his SBRs. I won't name any names ;)
