Not familiar with the Ind. Ammo but if it's remanufactured even a mild load could lose a primer if the case it was loaded in had an oversized primer pocket from being a 5.56 fired n a .223 chamber. A student recently brought me a cartridge where the primer had fallen out as he was loading it into the magazine.... I could see extractor and ejector imprints on it, and it was a NATO-marked case, and yup, the primer pocket would not hold the primer in at all. I'm surprised it made it into the box in fact.
