I don't think you can legally transfer an 80% lower. GH

I like where your head is at. Too many times people just buy things based on someone saying "this is the only thing good". But not finding out why. Too many people recommend things without knowing why. They just recommend them because they read somewhere they are good. I like to know why one is better then the other and for what reason. When someone says
"it has to be this brand because they are good"! Ok but why? Brand means very little to me. I want to know why it is better due to assembly quality, material quality, special widget etc that makes it better. I like that you are asking "why" is it better. Weird you do not get responses other then "just because type, or that brand sucks because they suck" with nothing factual to base the reasoning. I am all for education on what makes things better when there are facts to help make a rational decision. But I take recommendations with a grain of salt and then look into those things and try to understand what is best for "Me" as everyone's needs are different.
Only things I could recommend is make sure the bcg you got has a c-158 bolt. They (Ice Arms) offer a few types. That is a critical if not the most critical part in the system and one of the most punished under use. You want it in the best materials possible. C-158 is the Mil spec steel to make that part in. a bolt made from that will hold up much longer and be much less prone to cracking or failing. The other thing would be maybe on the Receiver extension (buffer tube). They are not too prone to failing in any capacity or model (mil spec or commercial). But Even a good Mil spec 7075 version is not much money (aprox $40). And if you RE goes down then the gun is t!ts up. They can bend or break although very uncommon. One method of clearing jams and some cases the only thing that will work is to "mortar" the gun. And that puts a lot of stress on the RE.
Other parts like the dust cover, fa and barrel nut, I doubt there is much differences in them. Yes maybe the barrel nut. But if it is a decent steel and machined well then I am sure it will be fine. They are very cheap money. Dust covers and FA's are not under stress and more cosmetic then anything for most peoples practical use.
I think your on a good project and when you are done you will have learned more then a majority of people. I mean if the 80% lower doesn't work out then a stripped lower is not much money. Not sure i would do it only for the tooling cost (jigs, drill bits, etc). But if I had a friend that had those then I think it would a be a cool learning experience.

No one has told you to ditch "all" of your parts. Many of the parts you chose are very good but you ask all same questions that have already been answered dozens of times before. That is why it is recommended that you do some searching and spend time reading. The "references" you want (some VERY detailed) can be found in a simple search.
Thank you Rook. I appreciate the fact that you see where I am coming from. I could not have said all that better myself.
I am familiar with mortaring the weapon as I had to do that to 4 weapons in Kuwait about a week ago shoot a modified table three with empty brass in the mag somewhere to simulate a misfire. 4 weapons didn't like the empty brass at all and got stuck. Blame the 1stLt for this and not listening to his PltSgt.
Thank you for the input on the ICE arms bolt. I will look again as to what grade it is.
All right, so no one had said ALL but lets not get technical over the use of my words. Instead lets get technical over choices of parts. Doing searches I still only see parts people recommend and that is all. Not TECHNICAL data or basis on the recommendation. I understand that people recommend things based on what they have used. But have all these shooters used DPMS or CAA and failed them every time? Or is it that a few have used these products and weren't happy with it for some reason or another and got a part that just so happened to be better for them? Like I have previously, I do appreciate input and welcome it. I will not get butt hurt. But do me a favor and add substance to your recommendations.
Telling me to search the forums is fine and well. I say to you then I live in Monroe, here is a map, find it. I could narrow it down for you to help you find it and still teach you. Please narrow the search for me. I search "Quality of DPMS" and it brings up everything that contains those three words. I hope you see the frustration.
