No offense, but I will take the word over a real operator like Vickers any day and have followed it up with my own personal experiences running the T-1 in all kinds of conditions.
If you are having problems with "presentation" this is a training and fundamental issue, not an optic problem. That's for sure.
I've run the T-1, the Pro and the CompM4 and have had NO problem with a "smaller tube" issue. I suspect people who are not actually using them properly to begin with. You keep both eyes open and you do not have to have any kind of "perfect" presentation on the rifle to begin with. In fact, some argue, properly, that overuse of a red dot degrades your shooting ability if you ever have to go to iron sights, etc.
