I too use to carry a 580SBK. I didn't find it large, seemed like a normal sized knife. The handle to blade weight ratio is way out of wack on it though. A word of caution, when my barrage failed (twice) the blade locked up completely. Like half open. This was after it had started "auto firing" (ie. you had to engage the safety to keep it closed). It's now relegated to a car knife. I'll never get another assisted knife. With the manual Axis it's just as fast as an auto (until you get to the really big blades like the Contego), so I'd stick with manuals and push button autos for folders.
Benchmade's CS is awesome though.
As for the OP: you want the 940 Osborne as mentioned earlier. It's a really nice little knife. Price not an object I'd probably take the 940 over a Sebenza if the 940 had a TI handle.
