You can't even get the bcg in the receiver with the bolt collapsed. I don't think that is his problem.

Haha. Yeah I guess that's right. Been a long time since I tried. I just remember it didn't work.
Well, I'm far form an expert so I suppose that is possible, however I would contend that if the extension was the issue why did the other bolt fit and work just fine? Comparing the two bolts I think the cam pin hole was bored out of time.
I'm REALLY bumming that the manufacturer didn't get back to me today.
Now I get to sit with this 11.5" upper all weekend and stare at it, instead of going out to shoot it and getting it sighted in. Talk about salt in a wound.
S!!! Happens even with top notch companies. I got a new bolt as a spare, 158 steel HP/MPI looked perfect but extractor pin hole drilled a few thousands to low firing pin won't move freely.. I just checked it for function without live ammo it's a no go.
I'm betting that they will make it right if of the known companies. Now if it's from "shady Jake's AR company" Your probably SOL.
Disclaimer: no intentions to shady Jake's if there is one :D
well I'm trying not to be the guy who freaks out and set sup base camp n their lower intestine over one mistake. For all I know Friday could have been amazingly busy. I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I've had two other uppers form this company and they were fantastic. I specifically bought from them because I wanted to no drama for my NFA upper but lo and behold I found it.
I figure my line in the sand will be Friday - If they haven't gotten back to me and offered a solution by a weeks time then there really is no excuse for that, in which case I'll have no further course but to oust them and take my money elsewhere. I hope that it never comes to that - I desperately want to believe it won't and that Friday was just busy and they'll get back to me Monday.
