Is your friend the Joker?
My CQB does not wear the factory accessories as when I got it. Its a mix match of colors, different safety, mag release, etc and scratches all over her. Sometimes I think about sending it back in to have it spiffed up and new colors.....but I think it has more character now. I have now switched over to a kydex holster and am waiting to see the results for wear on the gun.
I have shot USPSA and some classes with her, so it's been ran pretty hard. If I bought another one, I would treat it the same way. They are meant to be ran hard. My brother sent in his 40 year old springer last year. 11 months later it arrived on his door step. You should see what a good job they did on it. Until you see "Springfield" on the side you would swear it was a Wilson.
Again I must congratulate him on the purchase. Also, a trip to the range with pics, or everyone will think its a safe queen...
Nice Blaster, and REALLY nice grips!

You can see more of his work on the site, and he would be happy to hear from you, even if it was to hear your thoughts about his grips.
I've seen a handful of Supergrades. Every single time I see a new one, it is always better than the last. This is no exception. Beautiful 1911.
That's a very beautiful gun, too bad the BLOCK LETTERING on the side detracts from the gorgeous finish. I'd be happy with just the WC logo at the back, and the slide clean.
...I don't think I could do it. I couldn't own that gun.
Every fiber of my being would be torn between staring at it as a piece of art and not wanting to touch it, and at the other end of the spectrum being wanting to run the hell out of it.
The juxtaposition would kill me.
Magnificent. Wilson Combat puts out some incredible guns and that is quite the example. I myself would have to shoot it. The only one I've seen so far that I wouldn't shoot was the one posted last year with the President Washington cherry tree grips. Congratulations.
