The YHM Ti series of cans do have an Inconel blast baffle.

Templar Tactical Nemesis Ti cans are full auto and SBR rated with the brake mount as the brake takes up most of the initial blast.
A) (For most commercial applications) TI comes in various grades 1 - 12, (better begin a higher number) - i.e. not all Ti suppressors are the same - learn about Ti grades, suppressor construction, and then call the manufacturer. Talk to them about what they use and why (it is rarely published).
B) Heat is the killer. Ti begins to weaken @ 750 degrees. Ultimately this relates to the pace of firing, which is why people tend to regard them for bolt guns. It is the repetitive heating to 750+ that is the issue. Also note that Ti cans both heat up and dissipate heat more quickly than SS.
C) Louder - I think the people that say this are not referring to metered data (Ti and SS are actually about the same across the board). That said there is a TONE difference. My SS can has deeper tone than my Ti can. Remember though, while a deeper tone of the same DB level is more pleasing to the shooter's ear, it is louder down range than a higher pitched tone (sound waves and how they travel issue).
Sorry to resurrect this thread. I recently bought a Ti can made of 6Al-4V. What temps are seen with normal operating on say a 5.56 SBR with a 11.5" bbl? Ive read my grade of Ti is recommended for steady temps around 350*. Probably something insignificant, but just curious.
Is there a more definitive suppressor write up somewhere?
