1. I don't carry my Forms with me. It's a tax document, not a permission slip.

4. My examiner actually included a sticky note on the first batch of forms I sent in that said "I like your trust name!" (Irrelevent, but neat)
5. Read all of the threads in the NFA section...how many posts are dedicated to "I can't fit my trust's name on my lower!" and "What to name my trust?" etc. It's really not a big deal and people vastly overthink it. Whether they want to get creative or do "Lastname Trust" doesn't matter. But people need to see that the name of the Trust has absolutely zero legal effect on the right for it to possess NFA items.
