I am trying to decide which 12" rail for my mid gas system 6.8 I am building and just cant make up my mind. The MI gen2 t series for 155, RIS II for 350, or the lite rail II for 300.00.

I was going to say "Why the hell 6.8?"... but then I see you're in TX.... So you're probably hog hunting. ;)
I don't know if the KMR suits your purposes, but now that I have one, I see it as a primary option for most setups. Out of your listed choices, I like the quality to price ratio of the MI.
I'm not sure what "full rail" means but the KMR is available in a 13" length. A 15" version is in the works but not available yet.
Are you looking exclusively for a quad rail?
I recently switched from the DD Lite to the DD RIS II. Very happy about the change and was able to pick it up in the EE for roughly $300.
Is there a more bomb-proof rail than the RIS; of course that comes with a weight consideration.
Personally it fits my hand better and I don't really notice the additional weight. I also like that it's a 2 piece rail.
I love DD, but if trying to keep weight off I agree with djegators, the BCM is as light as an empty soda can.
The C4 is also a two piece quad rail but it uses the standard GI barrel nut which does not need to be removed for the installation. Like the RIS it comes in versions that have the front sight cut-out. The C4 is lighter than the RIS II but the C4 mounting system using the standard AR barrel nut is not going to be as bomb proof as the proprietary DD system. You'll have to decide what level of ruggedness suits you.
These days I wouldn't put a quad rail on a hunting AR to begin with. I guess if I was invested in a bunch of picatinny NV equipment/lasers for night hunting I might make a different choice.
DD Lite Rail III. Best rail I've ever used... the 12" model is a full free-floated quad rail, with four QD attach points and a bolt-up anti-rotation system. The profile is thinner than any other quad rail out there right now, with a height of 2.16" and width of 1.90", and weighs about 13 oz. for the 12" model including the barrel nut and all the hardware.
I love it.
I have a RIS and a C4. I like the C4 more. It's way easier to install and is every bit as bomber.

Given a choice I'd buy the 12" Centurion CMR I just saw priced right($200) in the classifieds here on M4C!
I would second the Centurion C4 quad rail (if you'll consider a 4th option). If not, I prefer the RIS II to the others you have mentioned.
I have used the RIS II (FSP model) and C4 (12" full rail) personally and handled the others. I prefer the install of the C4 to the RIS II, integral QD points, and weight savings (and price), but you can't really go wrong with any of them.
ETA: Looks like the Centurion C4 can be had for about $275 shipped (maybe better).
I've used and owned the RIS II, C4, and a KMR. I love the KMR and right now it might be my favorite rail, but I know you are looking for a quad. I love the profile of the RIS II so that would be my choice. I have not used the DD Lite 3.0 but I heard it's pretty slick. The C4 is the easiest to install.
