Was this recently? I think I've seen similar complaints from a few years back but nothing dated from the past year or so. I'm wondering if this was a QC issue that's been resolved.

One of the libtard facilitated scarce spells, Aero stepped up capacity on lowers and got a lemon rate that was a bit higher on some pin locations, which was concurrent with a bunch of Econ101 failures getting angry that they had the gall to sell stripped lowers for $180 (but still went out of stock). I haven't seen many issues with stuff being in-spec in significant numbers outside of that window.
Don't own any yet but have a co-worker that just picked up one of their uppers. Nicely put together. The rail is a little wide for what I like but overall a nice upper. Planning to pick up a .300 once they come back in stock
My experience has been pretty solid with AP, I mainly use them as a source of parts for retail. Packaging isn't great, but the parts seem to be clean, good fit and finish, etc.
I've used several AP uppers and lowers, in fact I've got a blemished lower registered as an SBR. Couldn't tell the difference between the blem and new unit.
Never any quality or fitment issues thus far.
Bought 2 lowers from them to complete builds with my brother. Neither will drop gen2 PMAGS free. My WOA SPR upper won't fit into the lower. Take down pin needs to be hammered home and out. That upper fits every other lower I have. My BCM upper does fit the Aero lower though. May just be a tolerance stack up. Mostly due to the PMAG fit issue the Aero has been relegated to back up duties. Given that I only paid $60 for the lower I don't feel cheated and will probably give them a try, especially if I buy a matching set or receivers.
I have an M4E1 upper with 15" Keymod rail. The rail diameter is a little bigger than I'd like but the price was right and I like the setup.
I picked up an upper, lower and a 10.5" FSB barrel to experiment with the pistol concept. So far everything has went surprisingly well for the lowest receiver expenditure I've ever tried. No complaints so far...
