Hopefully that is the case. I can only afford a new suppressor right now and was nervous that I might not get another form 1 in for when I build my next sbr. Thanks

We're getting close to May, anyone hear about any updates, hopefully BATFE pushing this back or scraping it all together?
From the NRA show this week:

And here we are with 2 business days left in the month of May with final ruling last pushed back to May 2015. Anyone have any updates?
this now shows Dec '15.
Good news, hopefully they just scrap that damn thing. Maybe I'm wishful thinking, but I suspect the rank & file are attempting to run the clock out on the current administration that wants 41p, partly out of self preservation (less people buying cans & SBRs means less jobs at the BATFE)...
So I haven't really been following this but saw something about it on a Facebook page. I have no NFA stamps and my CLEO won't sign off. I was thinking of getting a trust and SBR an AR and get some cans in the future. I was going to have a lawyer draft up a trust because I want to make it a bit different than a standard one and would like to discuss these options with a legal professional to feel comfortable. Would this even be worth it at this point? I'm not sure I could afford a can by December so I might only be able to get one stamp.
^^^ this is what I am thinking as well. I was able to set up a trust earlier this year. My plan is to Form 1 my current lower as a SBR and then build an upper for it later.
