rjacobs, I sympathize with your frustration in getting the FSB off. I recently went through something similar trying to get the FSB off a Noveske barrel. Soaked the pins with PB Blaster. Used the proper size pin punch and a 2 1/2 pound sledgehammer. After seeing several YouTube videos of people knocking out the pins rather easily I figured this will be a piece of cake. No such luck! They must have great karma. My pins didn't budge a bit after a half dozen solid blows each. I'm like WTF to the power of 10?!
