Unfortunately the withouts outnumber the haves quite a bit.

ADCO assembled my upper. I'm happy with it so far. Few thousand rounds accurate, trouble free and everything looks good but the gas block pin. Functional but not pretty, which I couldn't care less about as it's under a handgaurd.
That Bob Smith stuff is Dimethylformamide. That's an impressive solvent that works well on any strongly-basic chemical. That's why it's more effective than acetone on cyanoacrylate, but Rocksett (sodium silicate) is also strongly basic. I've never tried Bob Smith on Rocksett (never used Rocksett at all) but my guess is that it would work as a solvent, and probably quite a bit better than water.
Never had a problem with ADCO.
I think I may be able to find the Bob smith's Uncure in stock today at a local hobby shop in town. How much force is required to break them free once this does its job?
I just went through this myself. I couldn't do it myself. I had to have a gun smith take my fsb off. He said it was the toughest one he has ever taken off.
ADCO is great. id highly recommend it
I just removed my bcm gas block today with no heat at all which was surprising. All I used was a multi Allen wrench tool.
