i'd say that's an accurate statement when it comes to my knowledge understanding code (which is why i almost flunked out of computer science and changed to the much easier discipline of aerospace engineering). Already tried that a while ago using the .htaccess file to enable hotlinking protection. it caused access errors for some users. tried a few more strategies but still have issues. the username/password is more of a deterrent, and no one's complained that they can't see the images, so that's why i still use it. people can still bypass it and hotlink if they know how, but that's a small minority.Quote:
