One other thing of note (which may help the OP, but not CD) is that you can sand the outer body of the Pmag down a very little bit.
Most people would be shocked at how little material really needs to be removed in order to get things dropping again.

I went and tried 6 pmags (five 30s and one 20) in my charles daly rifle, and all dropped free so I'm good to go here. If it matters these mags are newer manufacture since they have smooth plastic followers than an older one I have that I didn't try (didn't have that one handy).
All my PMags drop out without a problem, but I'm using the 20 round version.
A variety of Pmags, as well as various USGI mags, fit/dropped fine in our testing.
I am at the office, doing some testing now. So far all but one of the PMAGs (39 out of 40) drop freely out of all the lowers (20). The one that experienced a problem is with the Maglevel (window).
We will continue testing throughout the day.
I have a Blem CD lower that I just finished assembling, it is a little snug for my Pmag, however I had the Pmags that were out of spec. and it fits snugt in both my LMT & Colt lowers. The date was 8/07 for the Pmags that has issues.

That's what I was thinking. Nothing against pmags but I had a bunch of preban thermold mags that worked great but were tight in some lowers. When the ban ended I sold 'em to a guy with only one rifle that they dropped free from. I know thermolds don't have the best reputation, for me they always worked but my experience with them has made me weary of the pmags. I know, I've read all of the better polymer, better feedlips etc. I'm sure it's true but I only kept my Labelle and Colt mags, and I have only purchased HK, DSG, Bravocompany, and D&H mags (with magpul follower upgrade to all but the HK) and they all work perfectly in everyway. I believe the Labelle, DSG, Bravocompany and D&H mags are all the same and the Colt Magazines were made by NHMTG. Every single one of them drops free from my CD Blem Lower.
BTW I keep telling myself I'll buy 10 pmags when I get my ACR--gotta color coordinate :p I don't care what color the rifle is, but I want the magazines to match. The first ACR I get a chance at, at or below MSRP, with a side folding stock and 16" barrel is mine regardless of color. I figure that getting one for MSRP with shipping and transfer fees will be hard to come by at first.
Working on a Saturday !!! :D That is dedication...
I just put another 200 rounds through my CD M4LE today and it has been flawless...
Only my two maglevel PMAGs are a little tight on it... All other non window PMAGs and USGI mags drop free nicely...
Excellent rifle Michael...
Thanks,
