Yeah I would not buy it at full price...ever. I think I paid $90 for it which is still too much. The griffin one is like $60.
Plus if you have a saker and need the adapter...forget it. Ridiculously overpriced.

Since you ask for devices, get the ASR flash hider for both and you won't have to mitigate the side blast with a blast shield.
I'm also waiting in the aftermarket version via BigW's link.
The SiCo blast shield could have been a respectable product. But it's simple machining and sharp edged at a platinum price.
This.
I have both the ASR and MAAD version, as well as Surefire's Warden. They all work the same (i.e mitigate side concussion, but send a huge fireball out the front (with SBRs). The Warden is hands down a better looking, feeling and put together product. FWIW, SiCo has sales on these in mid 90's during the holidays. But I would just wait for Waylon's machinist to spin up his version.
Also, each device does come with the ASR/MAAD mounting ring. There was confusion about this a couple months ago when people thought they would need to buy an additional adapter.
I'm going to have to file down the sharp edges on my SiCo diffusers so they don't tear my rifle bags up. They actually ship from the factory with edge protectors to protect the sharp edges!
I saw a couple other people report that their MAAD blast shield came with a mount, so I ordered one direct from SilCo during their black friday sale. It came last night, and DID NOT include a mount. Just a threaded tube in a bag. Sucks to spend $100+ for $2 worth of threaded tube. I want the capability of the shield because I often shoot unsuppressed on an indoor range, so I'll probably find another trifecta MAAD for it, but damn...
So FYI...You may or may not get a mount if you buy this thing and you're one of the few still on MAAD.
I noticed that in their BF pics. No mount included anymore. That's a big fail on SiCo's part.
Yeah, agreed.
The ASR solution is complete for like $150, and the SureFire guys can get a warden for a bit under $200, but a functional solution for MADD is like $450 MSRP. Fail.
I thought about sending it back, but I think I can scare up a trifecta MAAD for around $200, which would put me at like $300 total. Still damn expensive, but I can swallow that cost since it does a job I need done.
