Need help/advice on SACS build.
I've just placed an order for a Springfield Loaded Black Operator. My plan is to send it out to SACS for a full work over. This will be my first "custom" build and would like to do it right the first time. Any help, you guys can give, is much appreciated. Looking at the SACS website, it shows they aren't accepting work until Jan 17, so I've got some time to come up with my perfect build list.
Build list options so far:
1911-A1 Accurizing Package.
Tool Steel internals and controls.
1 piece SA magwell fitted/blended.
4.5lb trigger job with tool steel parts.
Undercut trigger guard.
25LPI hand checkered front strap.
40LPI serrate top of slide.
Flush cut/reverse crown muzzle.
Chamfer/recess slide stop pin.
Refinish in satin black Armory Kote.
I know some of the work in the accurizing package may come as part of the base gun, but I want them to go through it throughly and tighten the slide/frame fit and hand fit a new barrel and bushing, at the very least.
Base gun. Springfield LBO.
