My Omega was stuck one time because I have no patience, lesson learned. I let it cool down now before swapping it out and have not had any problems since. Anti seize definitely can't hurt but not necessary IMO.

I recommended Motorcraft XL2 when it was under $8 shipped. Now it's over $20.
This will work just the same:
CRC SL35911 Nickel Anti-Seize Lubricating Compound - 8 wt. oz. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000M8RYUY..._d.KuybSQ2XVB6
I use the same lube on the taper surface of the flash hider that I use on the bcg. No issues in removing the suppressor. On my 5.56 rifles, I use a Silencer Co. Saker 5.56 with Trifecta flash hiders.
Anti seize is your friend
Graphite is pretty good anti-seize for steel parts. I use soft artist's pencil for applying Graphite to the taper surface. Graphite should not be used for aluminium parts as it makes aluminium to corrode faster.
I've been using Frog Lube on my GA taper mounts and muzzle device threads. Works great!!!
