It will always be suppressed so with a .080 port I should have plenty of gas. Faxon’s 11.5 middy has a .1 port but was meant to be able to run unsuppressed too.

No Problem.
Larger threads are stronger and are less affected by muzzle device torque.
This is especially important with a suppressor, as this joint is near the center of mass (of the barrel/suppressor).
