Now that makes a lot of sense. I didn't know that about Reid, but it would explain such strange circumstance and such stupidly contrived cover story. Glad the jury wasn't buying his lame deflection and attempt to smear an exercise equipment business.
I've known several people who died from pancreatic cancer, most within 6 months of being told, and one lasted 9 months. One of the most fast growing and lethal forms of cancer. He should be setting his life aright, not digging his hole of shame deeper.

From my perspective, I don't care who or what hit him AS LONG AS HE GOT HIT.

This was beyond frivolously brought into he court room, and I would guess it was his position of power that had him thinking it would fly.
To refuse to even show the most basic of evidence is a slap in the face to the court, the jury, and all involved. I hope the company goes back after him and his estate.
