Well Saturday night, I came home and wanted to order some stuff for my new build. I searched all the parts and accessories sites, and decided on www.botachtactical.com for what I wanted, as they had the best prices and had what I wanted in stock. I went cheap and ordered all UTG stuff. I got the 4rail handguards that go past the FSB, a folding foward grip, detachable M4 front sight, and folding rear sight. My package came in quickly, about 4pm today. I would recomend them, and will buy my Magpul MOE stock from them when I'm ready for it. When I get batteries for my camera, I'll post up photos. Now on to reviews.

This is a link to the handguard. My first impression of them was that they seem to be build very well for the price. They are machined aluminum. Have a great finish on them, and came with 18 small rubber rail covers. I installed them on my Bushy carbine, as my upper isn't here yet. They installed quickly in less than 5 minutes. They mounted up rock solid and look great. All rails seem to be in spec, as everything I have that mounts to a rail, mounts great and holds steady. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality, fit, and finish. And for $60, are about a third of the cost of the DD and others of the same type.

This is the folding front grip. It's ambi and has a button on both sides to lock/unlock it. It has a waterproof compartment, and the bottom has a spring on it to keep stuff from rattling around. On both sides, it also has the pockets with covers for pressure switches. It locks and unlocks smoothly and locks in place nicely. The only thing I don't like, is the mounting. It has an allen screw with nut setup. You have to take the screw all the way out to slide it on the rail. Other than that, for $15 it can't be beat.
Now I don't have a review for my sights yet, but they seem to be built well and should suffice for being backups. Both of them mount solid and straight. Keep in mind, I haven't field tested any of this stuff yet, but when I do, I will add on to this thread. I am happy with my purchase so far and can't wait to test them out.
