A more tactful approach to what you post will remove you from that status. "Gemtax" sounds like other internet forum lingo. Scrap it.

Well, I would say AAC's ridiculous "bragging" about illegal activities is what caught the ATF's attention.
It was never intended that a company be able to do what AAC was doing and there needed to be a clarification.
Yes, it seems Gemtech would have been the one- after all, they were the target of AAC's rebuilding and it was obvious.
That's precisely it!!!! If Wilson Combat had taken to destroying HK45's, then "rebuilding" them using a Wilson Combat 1911 with HK45 markings and serial #, everyone would have said, "Obviously that's some sort of corruption of the law, or corruption of the spirit of the law."
However, AAC was doing a favorable service for their very energetic and devoted customers, but at the cost of bring attention to their practice via a very concerned Gemtech who had never stamped their model or serial # on an AAC suppressor -- yet there were samples of AAC cans with Gemtech markings.
I believe in this case Gemtech had a legitimate case for ATF to intervene. It's unfortunate, however, that ATF went WAY too far and said that even AAC couldn't rebuild their damaged suppressors for warranty work without issuing a new serial #, and doing another $200 transfer.
i believe the surefires do come with a mount
well crap, thats going to cost me another $108
My fullsize Surefire did
Grant if I remember your price on the mount was even better than what I could get one from Brownells for even with the discount. Are you selling mounts only at your good deal rate?
