Mounts to damned near everything but a weapon. Head pivots for optimum angle.
Seems like the INOVA clipped to a vest, at a 45 degree angle would be the perfect turdluminator.
I recommend the Sidewinder, it clips on your molle vest or can mount on your helmet. 3 LEDs 1 IR LED for night vision and is hands free.
It is a very versatile light.
Im sure there is an airsoft company out there making one.

The Streamlight Sidewinder is a good idea but the standard is a bit bulky to actually put on a weapon.
The Sidewinder Compact however has a lot of potential. If you removed the helmet mount clip, it could be mounted it in something like a Vltor E-Series mount (not sure of the exact diameter, it might require some shimming to get it to fit tightly), then it could be mounted on the rails.
Where, not sure. If you ran a VFG as a hand stop, it could be run at 6:00 right in front of the reciever pointing straight down. Alternately it could be put on the side rail out toward the muzzle and angle it down, or just where ever you hand left room for it. On the side it could be up or down so it would work at a high or low ready.
You're not going to light up a target at 100 yards with it but it would definitely work for navigating and avoiding BMIEDs.
