Mark Fingar, who took the pictures posted with the LT-724, that the ACOG mount with throw levers on the right side were ordered by the Australian Army.

With the throw lever on the right side, you will have one less thing that can catch on your gear when you have the weapon slung across the chest.
I recently purchased the LT100 with the throw levers on the Left side. I did not know there was a choice for right.
My rear most throw lever, the locking one, contacts the screw on my Knights Armament 200-600m BUIS forcing me to mount the ACOG / LT 100 a full T-mark space forward from what I wish I could. I will try to load a pic. I wish I had known this was an issue before I ordered it. Looks like I will really have to put my nose ON the charging handle now.
