If what you ordered does not show up in the expected quantities, you are just plain SOL. They'll blame it on UPS, the phase of the moon, or leprechuans, whatever. But you ain't getting your shit.

I have yet to have a problem with them, and until I do I will continue to do business
with them. Quick e-mail notifications of order and shipment with tracking #s.
Bachman's Pawn was advertising 6940's for $128x the other day on Sturm.
I don't have a reason to buy one, but that was tempting.
Ordered a 14" 870 barrel from them a month or two back. Got the tracking number which read "manifest pickup" over the weekend. Monday comes and goes, no change. By Wed I call and am told they'll call me back with the status. I never hear from them and eventually do a simple dispute with my credit card company. Credited my account the disputed amount and sent an email from my .gov account asking about the order. Don't hear anything for about a week and suddenly get another email stating the barrel has shipped, with a new tracking number.
Once I get the barrel I cancel the dispute and a week later Botach calls begging me for the money... seems my credit card company wasn't so easily convinced. I agreed to send him an email stating I received the barrel and authorized the amount.
Did they learn anything? Probably not, they do millions of dollars in biz a year. Did I return the hassle? You bet.
No problem with them if you aren't in a hurry to get your stuff. I'd hate to try and return anything though, so I don't order clothing unless I'm sure of the size.
I have heard of many bad dealings from people with them through online dealing. HOWEVER I have been dealing with them in person at there warehouse in LA for quite some time and they have been nothing but helpful and have great prices. Just an FYI...
