SKD is the only one I'm aware of that's offering them at this time. I have no doubt G&R will have them available shortly.

If the actual price is still over $700, I'm back out.
Would the smaller dot help if you have an astigmatism and you see the dot as a comma or a comet?
Astigmatism is the reason I originally bought an M4s instead of a 4 moa T-1. Honestly, out in the daylight I don't think it would matter. For me personally the astigmatism only becomes an issue in low light, but if I turn the dot brightness down to a reasonable level I still manage to do Ok with it.
The short answer to your question is that I think the smaller dot would be more beneficial.
In my experience, it boils down to the type/severity of your astigmatism. I have both an M2 and PRO, so a 4 and 2 MOA. As Steve points out, in bright light conditions I see both dots fine. In low light however, I can only make out the the 4 MOA on a low setting. For whatever reason, my astigmatism will not allow the 2 MOA be focused at all in low light, no matter the setting. I should add that my TA44 ACOG with the green 2 MOA dot is clear as a bell.
I am just getting ready to buy a T-1 but it is going to be the 4 MOA because of my astigmatism. A shame because I have 20/20 uncorrected vision otherwise. From what I gather, the 4 is closer to a 3.4 so it might be a good compromise. It's not like the 4 MOA unit is a hunk of junk...
2MOA T1s are in country and shipping soon with the same MAP as 4MOA T1s. H1s are coming next.
LaRue has their combo up, same price as the 4 MOA:
