Ah, fighting on the internet...
I claim nothing, I feel the design of the osprey echoes the prototype BlackBox. Please, learn to live with other people's opinions. I respect yours, but i don't appreciate you trying to box me into a corner. Relax.
I am not asserting they snuck into AAC in the dead of night and pulled some Watergate move and got their hands on a prototype, reverse engineered it, and are now selling it.
In ANY and EVERY discussion I have seen online, the Osprey is compared to the BlackBox prototype that was widely discussed and viewed over the past couple years. They are superficially similar and a fair comparison. Would you prefer i say "from my experience, it seems to be a similarly-shaped and conceived concept that in my opinion falls short in some design areas, but is a good performer in initial reports"?
To the OP, apologies, and as of today, the best two choices in .45 cans are the Ti-RANT and the Osprey, and if you don't mind shooting wet, the Evo45 and HEMS2 are good options.
Again, I think I've explained myself clearly.
Feel free to take it up via PM or Email, I'm happy to discuss.
Does anyone have experience with the Gemtec Blackside? Specifically want to use it with the Glock 21, any comments on this can?
GemTech Blackside is awesome on a Glock 21.
Though I'd go with what Jason says. You'll be able to find a Ti-RANT .45 soon.
It'll be more expensive, but worth it.
ETA: I own a Ti-RANT 9, now. :D
