I just mounted this today. You can see the clearance between the lever and the MUR. Mine seems to fit fine.

Good Luck, Al
I will post pics of my upper and BAD later tonight. It is causing some minor drag on the carrier. I put the BAD on a different gun with a standard A3 upper and it fits fine. Not sure if something on my lower/upper is out of spec or if the BAD just needs fitting like the first poster who replied.
Thanks,
Dave
Thanks for the pics Al.
They work fine on my LMT's and Colts but wont work on my M6A3... Its to tight and will lock the bolt back every time you charge the weapon.
No problems with the BAD on my MUR upper either....
Sorry I didn't get this up last night, forgot I had a work spring party.
Here are some pics with and without the BAD. I also tried my MUR on other lowers with the BAD and had similar issues where it would ride the carrier a little with the BAD on. I think I figured out the area where contact is being made, the last pics shows just the back plate of the bad and I see where it is "wedging" against the upper.
ETA: The last pic is showing the contact. It appears to being caused by the clearance around the catch on the upper, especially on the top right corner if viewing the bolt catch straight on from the left side of the gun. I snapped the pics quick and then took a closer look. On the MUR there is a round cut out that is larger than the catch and the BAD appears to be making contact on the rim.
Let me know what you guys think. Is it possible my bolt catch is out of spec or the upper?
Thanks guys,
Dave

I'm wondering if the difference is the Forged versus Billet MURs. I have to mount the latter, one second.
[ETA] There IS A DIFFERENCE - the BAD makes contact on my billet MUR, not the forged.
BUT, it isn't causing the bolt catch to drag or engage the BCG in any way.
Upon closer inspection, the rear of my BAD lever does contact the MUR upper in the round cut out for the bolt catch paddle. However, it does not push the catch up enough to cause dragging on the bolt inside the gun. Thus mine functions as intended.
This may be simply an issue of tolerance stacking up in your specific combination of parts.
Perhaps a different bolt catch may be worth trying out before resorting to metal removal.
Good Luck,
Al
I had a similar problem with a BAD lever on my M&P15 lower and LaRue Stealth upper.
Solved the problem by switching from a BAD to a Phase5Tactical EBRv2.

Some of the billet uppers have a bit more meat in them, and seem to be machined to closer tolerances.
The EBRv2 solves those issues.
