I vote Orion. Had them do one in Feb. for me, turnaround was less than 2 weeks...
Ident Marking, just east of Dallas: http://www.identmarking.com/index.html
Charged me $45 for laser engraving trust name, town and state on my lower, but I don't know what their current rate is. Great guys.
There was a poster here recently who had a word misspelled on his receiver engraved by Ident. Jason (one of the Ident head dudes) promised to make it right up to and including replacing the receiver (Noveske) and refunding the $200 BATF Form 1 tax. The poster opted to allow Jason the opportunity to cosmetically fix it (which included shipping it back on Ident's dime), but I don't think he's gotten it back from Ident yet.
Things happen that shouldn't, but it's nice to know you'll be taken care of if they do.
I used Harford Engraving Services but for the life of me I can't remember how much it was. Turnaround was pretty quick even though I wasn't in a hurry.

ETA: I went back and checked, it was 65.00 including shipping. I needed the caliber engraved as well so that added to the cost.
For those that used Ident, will they engrave in the trigger guard area? Do the lowers have to be completely stripped? Really don't want to have to take it all down.
what are you having engraved and what is it gonna say??
My mistake, AR15 lower and name/city/state
Harford requires a stripped lower if you want trigger guard area engraving. I don't know about others or other locations. If you send your lower and it's not stripped they'll do it but charge you.
