Still not an Aimpoint, but it definitely seems like a good budget option.
AKS-74 w/ GP25. Cool thing about the GP25 is that it has spin drift compensation built into the quadrant sight. As you increase elevation, it adds windage to the sight. The GP25 bombs have a high pressure charge to them, and are recommended to be fired from the buttstock supported position on the ground due to the recoil.

Me with ROMAK AKM during a spendex in 1998 on Fort Lewis, WA. We burned 11,500rds through 6 or 8 guns in 4 hours. I think all the ROMAKs broke. They are garbage. They last long enough for the shooting schedule of a conscript-based army, but not a professional one.
