Yes, mulitple times. It was one of the first things I thought could be the issue. The BOBRO mount is pretty nice and clamps down very solidly on the rail. The ring held the AP perfectly tight.
For me the proof that it wasn't the sights was using the Aimpoint while viewing the dot through the irons (small aperature). The dot sat perfectly on top of the front post as I held the irons in alignment. If the AP was loose enough to cause the kind of spread I was getting, I would have definitely seen the dot shift in relation to the irons.
The upper went in the mail today back to BCM, with instructions to contact me after it has been checked out but before shipping anything back to me. If indeed they find a problem and offer a replacement upper, I may upgrade to this one. If so, I'll replace the standard A2 FH with a BattleComp.
