This statute seems to have been stretched a bit. Then again, "reasonable person" is subject to definition. :D

I agree completely. But I still feel as though this would warrant a stern talking-to. I'm not saying arrest or prosecute, or even detention or counseling.

Probably the single best thing you can do for your kids if you are one of the fortunate few who is able.

Not only will they not have to mingle with the lowest common denominator and criminal elements of your neighborhood, you will spare them the socialist / globalist indoctrination that passes for education these days.

This is in addition to not making them subject to the system that now treats childhood behavior usually along the lines of a personality disorder at best or a mental handicap at worst.

I am so glad I grew up when I did, if I was 12 years old this year I'm positive I would be evaluated and found to be disruptive, aggressive, disobedient, inconsiderate and selfish and then medicated accordingly.

There was a time when you could tell a kid "this kind of shit is unacceptable" and get the message across all without handcuffs, psychological evaluations or medication.

I was sent that same message a few times and I knew when they were serious about it. Normal kids challenge boundaries and the solution is to define them.

Skintop he wasn't charged with that section, which can be confirmed by what class of misdemeanor he was charged with. Unless they screwed up their facts in the article.

I would have been drowned at birth or at the very least in prison by age 10 for my behavior.
