Well I never thought of that (angle change in relation to scraping the bullet) but I guess that could be a concern. But if this were an issue, wouldn't it be an issue on all weapons with M4 ramps? Seems to be everyone has moved to those for some reason.
If the upper has M4 ramps, the barrel should as well.
Not currently in stock, but-

My upper does have M4 ramps. I just might go with the BCM barrel.
Doesn't the Marine Corps M16A4's come with M4 feed ramps?
Here's a Sabre Defense with 1/7, M4 ramps, chromed bore and chamber (5.56) and F-sight. Third one down the page: http://www.pkfirearms.com/Sabre_Defence_Barrels/65/c
White Oak Armory There is both a DMR barrel with flutes and a plain one without. You can get a F marked sight post with it for an additional cost.
I pulled one of the 20" barrels from a BCM upper and used the flat top receiver for another project.
Or check the link below for a "FN Original M16-A2 Barrel Grade A, 1 in 7 twist.(Excellent Condition)", but it probably won't have the F marked front sight.
